設計不是藝術(shù)，設計師必須有幫助人們解決問題、改善整個行業(yè)，甚至是全世界的決心、恒心和細心。在荷蘭丹博思（Den Bosch）火車站，為了讓乘客在站臺候車或者走動更加舒適、快速和安全，設計師和運營公司就在站點平臺頂上安裝了一個LED燈條，讓乘客們能看到他們所要知道的一切信息，包括列車的繁忙和擁擠程度。3個月試驗，乘客好評不斷。就是憑著這種周到、細膩和人性化的創(chuàng)意，這個看似不起眼的創(chuàng)意最后也獲得了“黃鉛筆”。當然，設計師還得滿足客戶的要求，比如，幫助他們推廣品牌。
